Every checker answers to a written constitution.
Cerevia does not ask you to trust it. Every checker runs under the same constitution: ten axioms and sixty-six design principles that set how it treats evidence, uncertainty and explanation.
The text itself is not published. What is published is how much of it the running code actually enforces, counted from the system rather than written by hand.
49 of 66 principles are checked in code.

A principle is checked when the code can test it as true or false: on each checker's answer, on each finished decision, or in the system's own build. A principle with no true-or-false test is directional, and is counted as that rather than as governance. 2 of the 14 rules are written and tested but govern parts the live product does not run yet, so they are not counted as live.
- Nothing is shown as 100% certain. Every score carries how sure it is and what could not be verified.
- A claim without evidence is flagged. A number your own site does not support is stopped before you see the post.
- Every decision shows its reasons. You can ask why a post was scored the way it was, and read the answer.
A system you can hold to its word
Cerevia is early. The founding circle is where it meets real posts.
